The characteristics of φ1219 pneumatic internal clamp with copper liner and its research and application status quo at home and abroad are introduced.Structure and operation principle of this system are analyzed.By means of welding test,influence of copper-penetrated welds phenomena on mechanical performances of welds metal is qualitatively analyzed and the best copper liner material is determined.
