提出了一种能够进行外贴钢板加固钢筋混凝土梁剥离破坏分析的三维非线性有限元分析模型,该模型采用一种以粘贴钢板试件剪切试验为依据确定其剥离准则的特殊的、具有剥离破坏功能的界面单元来模拟外贴钢板和混凝土梁之间的粘贴层,界面单元的剥离破坏通过粘贴层的最大剪应力与达到剥离时的正应力的关系来确定的.用所建立的模型对外贴钢板加固试验梁的非线性全过程破坏分析结果表明:数值分析结果在实际试验梁的荷载-跨中挠度曲线、破坏时钢板的剥离性态及梁体混凝土开裂模式方面均与试验结果基本一致.

A 3D nonlinear finite element model for analyzing the debonding of plate-concrete interface of reinforced concrete beams strengthened externally with epoxy bonded steel plates were presented, It includes a special interface element to simulate the thin epoxy adhesive layer which allows for the separation failure. The interface element separation failure criterion was derived from the pure shear experiment of steel-plated specimen, and it was developed by the relationship between maximum shear and normal stress at the interface. The whole process of non-linear failure analysis for steel- plated strengthened beams was conducted by using the proposed model. It is concluded that the comparison between the simulation result and experiment agrees well in load-deflection curves, de-bonding mode and cracking patterns at their ultimate load conditions.
