以某1000 kt/a PTA国产化依托项目中精制干燥机为例,在研究了FTA工业装置中回转蒸汽列管式干燥机的工作原理和干燥机理、综合分析现有工业装置精制干燥机的设计与标定数据、实际物料干燥实验数据的基础上,总结了回转蒸汽列管式干燥机工艺设计方法,提出干燥机物料停留时间、总传热系数等关键设计参数的计算方法.设计结果已应用于实际项目的工程设计中.

Exampled with the dryer used in home produced PTA plantant with the capacity of one million ton annually, the working principle and drying mechanism of rotary steam tube dryer was studied, and the design of PTA dryer, calibrated parameters and practi-cal experiment data were comprehensively analyzed. Based on these works, the process design method for rotary steam tube dryer was summarized, and the methods for calculating the key parameters, such as resident time and total heat transfer coefficient, were presen-ted. The design result had been applied in the engineering practice of the sample project.
