激光成形修复ZL104合金的修复区组织由α-Al和α-Al+Si共晶组织构成,熔池底部组织由列状α-Al枝晶构成,中部和顶部组织由α-Al等轴晶和枝晶间α-Al+Si共晶组织构成,观察到的气泡多封存在熔池底部的α-Al列状枝晶层中.基体区组织由粗大的α-Al枝晶和α-Al+Si共晶构成,观察不到明显的热影响区.从修复区向基体区过渡,硬度值呈减小趋势.修复试样拉伸测试中,断裂均发生在铸件基体处,表明激光修复区的强度高于所修复的铸件材料.

In the present paper, ZL104 was repaired by Laser Forming Repair (LFR). Microstructure of laser repaired zone(LRZ) was composed by α-Al and α-Al+Si eutectic, epitaxial α-Al dendritic distributed in the bottom region of molten pool and α-Al equiaxed dendrites and α-Al+Si eutectic distributed in top region of molten pool. The porosities observed almost all embedded in the α-Al dendritic belts located in the bottom of molten pool. Microstructure of substrate zone(SZ) is composed by α-Al and α-Al+Si eutectic, and heat affected zone (HAZ) is hard to be figured out. Hardness value decreased from LRZ to SZ. Fractures were observed on casting substrate during tensile test, which showing that the strength of laser repaired zone is higher than that of casting substrate.
