目的 研究结直肠癌组织中富含半胱氨酸61( Cyr61)蛋白和环氧合酶2(Cox-2)蛋白的表达与临床病理学特征的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测70例结直肠癌组织以及20例结直肠癌癌旁组织中Cyr61 、Cox-2表达.结果 Cyr61 、Cox-2表达在结直肠癌组织中均显著高于癌旁正常结直肠组织(P＜0.05)；结直肠癌组织中Cyr61、Cox-2表达与分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、Dukes’分期密切相关(p＜ 0.05);Cyr61、Cox-2表达呈正相关性(P＜ 0.05).结论 Cyr61 、Cox-2在结直肠癌组织中高表达,两者在结直肠癌的肿瘤生成和进展中起重要作用.

목적 연구결직장암조직중부함반광안산61( Cyr61)단백화배양합매2(Cox-2)단백적표체여림상병이학특정적관계.방법 응용면역조직화학방법검측70례결직장암조직이급20례결직장암암방조직중Cyr61 、Cox-2표체.결과 Cyr61 、Cox-2표체재결직장암조직중균현저고우암방정상결직장조직(P＜0.05)；결직장암조직중Cyr61、Cox-2표체여분화정도、침윤심도、림파결전이、Dukes’분기밀절상관(p＜ 0.05);Cyr61、Cox-2표체정정상관성(P＜ 0.05).결론 Cyr61 、Cox-2재결직장암조직중고표체,량자재결직장암적종류생성화진전중기중요작용.
Objective To investigate the relationship between Cyr61 and Cox-2 expression and clinicopathologic characteristics.Methods The expressions of Cyr61 and Cox-2 in 70 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The expressions of Cyr61 and Cox-2 were significantly higher in colorectal carcinoma tissues than those in adjacent normal colorectal tissues (P ＜ 0.05).Cyr61 and Cox-2 expressions were correlated with the degree of differention,infiltration depth,lymph node metastasis and Dukes' stage (P ＜ 0.05).Cyr61 and Cox-2 expressions were positively correlated (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions There are high expressions of Cyr61 and Cox-2 in colorectal carcinoma tissues,indicating that Cyr61 and Cox-2 play an important role in the development and progression of colorectal carcinoma.
