采用苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SIS)与二聚酸型聚酯酰胺进行熔融共混,系统地探讨了不同比例的SIS对聚酯酰胺热熔胶的基本性能,如软化点、拉伸强度、伸长率、硬度、玻璃化温度与熔融粘度和低温性能等的影响;同时对其粘接性能的研究表明:随着体系中SIS用量增加,体系剪切强度降低;当体系中SIS为12.5份时,体系剥离强度最高,而且具有最佳的综合性能。

The polyesteramide blended with SIS can be used as hot melt adhesives.The effect of blending composition on properties of the blend,such as melt viscosity,softening point,glass transition temperature,low temperature flexibility,tensile strength,and adhesion properties of the resulting hot melt adhesives was studied.It was shown that more SIS in the blend resulted in lower T-peeling strength and when the ratio of SIS to polyesteramide was 12.5/100,the lap shear strength of the blend had the best overall properties.
