Yupingfeng with different compatibility proportion%Astragaloside Ⅳ%Trace elements
采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)和火焰原子吸收光谱法(AAS),研究了玉屏风配伍黄芪∶白术∶防风1∶1∶1、2∶2∶1、3∶1∶1、4∶4∶1,及防风∶黄芪1∶2、黄芪∶白术1∶1、防风∶白术1∶2中黄芪甲苷在水提液和药渣乙醇提取液中的溶出率以及微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca的含量.结果表明:在整方中,黄芪甲苷的溶出率是黄芪∶白术∶防风1∶1∶1>4∶4∶1>3∶1∶1> 2∶2∶1;在拆方中,防风∶黄芪>黄芪∶白术.在药渣乙醇提取液中的溶出率是水提液的0.58~6.77倍.微量元素的含量是Ca>Mg>Fe>Cu>Zn;在整方中,黄芪∶白术∶防风1∶1∶1的Cu、Mg含量高,4∶4∶1的Zn、Fe、Ca含量高;在拆方中,防风∶黄芪的Cu、Zn含量高,黄芪∶白术的Fe含量高,防风∶白术的Ca、Mg含量高.在玉屏风药材配伍总质量不变而剂量变化中,黄芪甲苷的溶出率及微量元素的含量差异较大,其相关性比较复杂.

The dissolution rate of astragaloside Ⅳ in water extraction and in herb residue ethanol extraction and the content of trace element Cu,Zn,Fe,Mg and Ca from Yupingfeng with different compatibility proportion (YPFdcp) of Radix Astragali (RA)∶Rhizoma Atractylodes Macrocephale (RAM)∶Radix Saposhnikoviae (RS) 1∶1∶1,2∶2∶1,3∶1∶1,4∶4∶1 and RS∶RA 1∶2,RA∶RAM1∶1,RS∶RAM1∶2 were studied by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD)and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS).All the results from these studies demonstrate that the dissolution rate of astragalosides Ⅳ in YPFdcp (RA∶RAM∶RS) were in the order: 1∶1∶1>4∶4∶1>3∶1∶1>2∶2∶1 in the intact recipes; the dissolution rate of astragalosides Ⅳ in RS∶RA was larger than that in RA∶RAM in the separated recipes; and the dissolution rates of astragalosided Ⅳ in ethanol extract were 0.58~6.77 times of that in water extract. The content order of tract elements was Ca>Mg>Fe>Cu>Zn. The contents of Cu and Mg in RA∶AMK∶RS 1∶1∶1 and Zn,Fe and Ca in RA∶RAM∶RS 4∶4∶1 were higher in the intact recipes. In the separated recipes, the contents of Cu and Zn in RS∶RA,Fe in RA∶AMK and Ca and Mg in RS∶AMK were higher. As the dosage of Yupingfeng changed, the dissolution rate of astragaloside Ⅳ in water or ethanol and the contents of trace elements also changed obviously, and the relativity of change was rather complicated.
