以R-(+)-四氢呋喃-2-甲酸为原料,通过草酰氯酰化,与NaHS发生取代反应,合成R-(+)-硫代四氢呋喃-2-甲酸,粗品经柱层析,减压蒸馏纯化.产品收率53.3%,产物结构经MS,~1H NMR确认.

R-(+)-thiotetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylic acid was synthesized via R-(+)-tetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylic acid by acylation using oxalyl chloride followed by step of substitution reaction using sodium hydrosulfide.The crude product was purified by chromatography column and vacuum distillation.The overall yield was 53.3% and the products was confirmed by MS and ~1H NMR.
