针对某壳体零件温挤压模具出现严重的热磨损、热疲劳和压塌等早期失效现象,利用DEFORM有限元模拟软件进行模拟.结果表明,不同挤压温度下模具温度场的分布是不均匀的,模具载荷、等效应力以及模具硬度随着挤压温度一的提高而减小,而磨损系数随着挤压温度的提高而增大,因此挤压温度应控制在700~800℃之间.
針對某殼體零件溫擠壓模具齣現嚴重的熱磨損、熱疲勞和壓塌等早期失效現象,利用DEFORM有限元模擬軟件進行模擬.結果錶明,不同擠壓溫度下模具溫度場的分佈是不均勻的,模具載荷、等效應力以及模具硬度隨著擠壓溫度一的提高而減小,而磨損繫數隨著擠壓溫度的提高而增大,因此擠壓溫度應控製在700~800℃之間.

Aiming at die early failure,such as severe thermal wear,thermal fatigue and collapse erc,the warm extrusion process of a shell part was simulated using Deform finite element software.The results show that the die temperature field distribution is nonuniform under different extrusion temperature,the load of die,effective stress and hardness of die sharply decreases with temperature increasing,respectively,while wear coefficient increases with extrusion temperature increasing,so the extrusion temperature should be controlled at 700~800℃.
