对南方猕猴桃、北方猕猴桃的脂肪酸组成和含量进行了分析对比.采用索氏提取法提取两者中的脂肪油,以氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液对脂肪油中的脂肪酸进行甲酯化,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析.结果表明:南方猕猴桃的亚油酸含量高于北方猕猴桃,但其亚麻酸含量低于北方猕猴桃.
對南方獼猴桃、北方獼猴桃的脂肪痠組成和含量進行瞭分析對比.採用索氏提取法提取兩者中的脂肪油,以氫氧化鉀-甲醇溶液對脂肪油中的脂肪痠進行甲酯化,用氣相色譜-質譜聯用儀進行分析.結果錶明:南方獼猴桃的亞油痠含量高于北方獼猴桃,但其亞痳痠含量低于北方獼猴桃.

The South and the North kiwifruit' s fatty acid composition and content are analyzed and compared. Their fat oil is both respectivly extracted by Soxhlet, methyled by potassium hydroxide-methanol solution, and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results shows that the content of the linoleie acid of the South kiwifruit is higher than the North kiwifruit, but the content of the linolenic acid is lower than the North kiwifruit.
