目的探讨消毒供应室集中处理口腔器械的运作模式的有效性.方法运用回顾分析法,分析我院院感科对口腔器械交消毒供应室处理前后清洗、灭菌效果的检测结果.结果口腔科器械交消毒供应中心处理后牙钳、手机的清洁度明显提高.灭菌后的手机HBsAg阳性率明显降低,所有无菌试验检测均未检出菌落.无因器械周转延误病人治疗.结论综合医院可以利用消毒供应室这一平台对口腔器械进行处理,提高口腔科院感控制效果.
