目的 探讨中药干预对成人心肌炎患者窦性心率震荡及血清心肌损伤指标的影响.方法 采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组、对照组,对照组患者进行常规西药治疗,研究组除进行常规内科治疗外.还辅以参松养心胶囊、丹红注射液治疗.于入组时及治疗15 d后分别对心电图窦性心率震荡(HRT)、及血清心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)进行测评,并比较治疗15 d后的临床疗效.结果 两组治疗后震荡初始(TO)值均显著降低,而震荡斜率(TS)值均显著增加(P<0.05);治疗后研究组TO、TS值变化更明显(P<0.01).两组治疗后血清cTnT、hs-CRP、CK-MB水平均显著降低,较治疗前均差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),血清cTnT、hs-CRP、CK-MB水平治疗后研究组降低更明显(P<0.01).治疗15 d后两组心电图改善情况、临床症状改善情况研究组显著好于对照组(P<0.05).结论 采用中药参松养心胶囊、丹红注射液干预成人心肌炎的治疗,较单用常规西药者,能更有效地改善HRT指标,降低血清cTnT、hs-CRP、CK-MB水平.
目的 探討中藥榦預對成人心肌炎患者竇性心率震盪及血清心肌損傷指標的影響.方法 採用隨機數字錶法將患者分為研究組、對照組,對照組患者進行常規西藥治療,研究組除進行常規內科治療外.還輔以參鬆養心膠囊、丹紅註射液治療.于入組時及治療15 d後分彆對心電圖竇性心率震盪(HRT)、及血清心肌肌鈣蛋白T(cTnT)、高敏C反應蛋白(hs-CRP)、肌痠激酶同功酶(CK-MB)進行測評,併比較治療15 d後的臨床療效.結果 兩組治療後震盪初始(TO)值均顯著降低,而震盪斜率(TS)值均顯著增加(P<0.05);治療後研究組TO、TS值變化更明顯(P<0.01).兩組治療後血清cTnT、hs-CRP、CK-MB水平均顯著降低,較治療前均差異有顯著統計學意義(P<0.01),血清cTnT、hs-CRP、CK-MB水平治療後研究組降低更明顯(P<0.01).治療15 d後兩組心電圖改善情況、臨床癥狀改善情況研究組顯著好于對照組(P<0.05).結論 採用中藥參鬆養心膠囊、丹紅註射液榦預成人心肌炎的治療,較單用常規西藥者,能更有效地改善HRT指標,降低血清cTnT、hs-CRP、CK-MB水平.
목적 탐토중약간예대성인심기염환자두성심솔진탕급혈청심기손상지표적영향.방법 채용수궤수자표법장환자분위연구조、대조조,대조조환자진행상규서약치료,연구조제진행상규내과치료외.환보이삼송양심효낭、단홍주사액치료.우입조시급치료15 d후분별대심전도두성심솔진탕(HRT)、급혈청심기기개단백T(cTnT)、고민C반응단백(hs-CRP)、기산격매동공매(CK-MB)진행측평,병비교치료15 d후적림상료효.결과 량조치료후진탕초시(TO)치균현저강저,이진탕사솔(TS)치균현저증가(P<0.05);치료후연구조TO、TS치변화경명현(P<0.01).량조치료후혈청cTnT、hs-CRP、CK-MB수평균현저강저,교치료전균차이유현저통계학의의(P<0.01),혈청cTnT、hs-CRP、CK-MB수평치료후연구조강저경명현(P<0.01).치료15 d후량조심전도개선정황、림상증상개선정황연구조현저호우대조조(P<0.05).결론 채용중약삼송양심효낭、단홍주사액간예성인심기염적치료,교단용상규서약자,능경유효지개선HRT지표,강저혈청cTnT、hs-CRP、CK-MB수평.
Objective To explore effects of the traditional Chinese medicine intervention on sinus bradycardia.QT interval and myocardial contusion index of adult patients with with myocarditis.Methods Patients in accordance method.Western medicine therapy was conducted for control group according to patients'conditions and complications.Regular internal therapy was conducted for research group,complemented by Shen Song Yang Xin capsule and Dan Hong injection.At the beginning of group division and 15 days after therapy,sinus bradycardia in electrocardiogram(HRT)and discrete level in QT interval(QTd)were tested respectively,while results of QT interval(QTc),myocardial troponin T(cTnT),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)were revised.Therefore,clinical effectiveness was compared after 15-day therapy.Results After therapy,TO value of both groups have reduced dramatically,while TS value both have increased significantly.With conditions before therapy,distinctions have been both noticeable(P<0.05 or <0.01).Before therapy,distinctions of TO value and TS value from both groups were not noticeable.After therapy,however,difference of research group has been more significant and distinction is noticeable(P<0.01).QTc value of both groups have significantly decreased,and distinctions have been noticeable compared with conditions before therapy(P<0.01).QTd value of research group has declined dramatically.Before therapy,distinctions of QTc value and QTd value from both groups were not noticeable.After therapy,decrease in research group has been more significant,and distinction has been noticeable(P<0.01).After therapy,levels of cTnT,hs-CRP,CK-MB from both groups have dropped significantly,and distinctions have been noticeable compared with conditions before therapy(P<0.01).Before therapy,distinctions of cTnT,hs-CRP,CK-MB from both groups were not significant,while after therapy,decrease in research group has been more significant and distinction has been noticeable(P<0.01).After 15-day therapy,improvement in electrocardiogram and clinical effectiveness from research group have been noticeably better than control group,and distinction has been significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with regular western medicine therapy,the use of Shen Song Yang Xin capsule and Dan Hong injection in intervening therapy of adult myocarditis can improve HRT index more effectively,shorten QTd and QTc interval in electrocardiogram,decline levels of cTnT,hs-CRP and CK-MB,and enhance clinical effectiveness.
