稀土元素铕通过溶胶凝胶法掺入到多孔二氧化硅制成的减反射膜层中,并被用来提高硅太阳能电池的转换效率.在标准测试条件下,和用超白钢化玻璃相比较,该掺入铕的二氧化硅减反射薄膜使太阳能电池的效率提高了9.5%.
稀土元素銪通過溶膠凝膠法摻入到多孔二氧化硅製成的減反射膜層中,併被用來提高硅太暘能電池的轉換效率.在標準測試條件下,和用超白鋼化玻璃相比較,該摻入銪的二氧化硅減反射薄膜使太暘能電池的效率提高瞭9.5%.

A novel route of SiO2 antireflection films with Eu3+ by sol - gel method has been employed to improve the conversion efficieney of Si solar cells. Measurements under standard test conditions showed the conversion efficiency of Si solar cell with anti -reflection film containing Eu3+ was improved 9.5% as compared with the pure Si solar cell.
