[目的]为印度橡胶榕的工厂化育苗提供理论依据.[方法]以印度橡胶榕"黑金刚"茎尖为材料,以MS为基本培养基添加不同的激素组合进行组织培养,选择最佳的培养基配方.[结果]外植体初代诱导最佳培养基为:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,诱导率达69.7%;丛生芽增殖最佳培养基为:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,增殖系数达2.57;最佳生根培养基为:1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L,其生根率为100%.[结论]该研究成功建立了印度橡胶榕"黑金刚"的离体再生体系,为其规模化生产提供技术支撑.

[Objective] Provided a theory foundation for industrialized breeding of Ficus elastica. [Method] Using shoot tip of Ficus elastica 'Decora Burgundy' as explants, Using MS as basic medium with different hormone combinations and selected the best medium combination to set up the plant regeneration system of Ficus elastica 'Decora Burgundy'. [Result] The optimum medium for primary induction of axillary buds was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, the average induction ratio reach 69.7%, the optimum subculture medium for stem multiplication was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L, on which each explants produced 2.57 plantlets on the average. The frequency of rooting reached 100% on 1/2 MS medium supplemented with NAA 0.1 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L IBA. [Conclusion] In vitro culture and plant regeneration system of Ficus elastica 'Decora Burgundy' was established in this study and the establised system provided a technology foundation for large scale production of plantlet.
