目的 探讨梗阻性黄疸大鼠肾皮质血液灌流量的变化及丹参的治疗作用.方法 将SD大鼠分为假手术组(A组),胆总管结扎组(B组),丹参干预组(C组),每组分3,7,10 d 3个时相,每个时相8只.应用LISCA激光多普勒组织灌流图像仪以及血液灌流图像分析系统观测各组相应时相肾皮质血液灌流量的变化.检测血尿素氮(BUN),肌酐(Cr)水平.结果 B组与A组比较各时相肾皮质血液灌流值减小,并随时间延长减小更加明显(P<0.05).7,10 d组血BUN,Cr水平升高(P<0.05).C组与B组比较各时相肾皮质血液灌流值增大(P<0.05),10 d组血BUN,Cr水平下降(P<0.05).结论 梗阻性黄疸可以导致大鼠肾皮质血液灌流量减少;丹参注射液能够增加肾皮质血液灌流量.

목적 탐토경조성황달대서신피질혈액관류량적변화급단삼적치료작용.방법 장SD대서분위가수술조(A조),담총관결찰조(B조),단삼간예조(C조),매조분3,7,10 d 3개시상,매개시상8지.응용LISCA격광다보륵조직관류도상의이급혈액관류도상분석계통관측각조상응시상신피질혈액관류량적변화.검측혈뇨소담(BUN),기항(Cr)수평.결과 B조여A조비교각시상신피질혈액관류치감소,병수시간연장감소경가명현(P<0.05).7,10 d조혈BUN,Cr수평승고(P<0.05).C조여B조비교각시상신피질혈액관류치증대(P<0.05),10 d조혈BUN,Cr수평하강(P<0.05).결론 경조성황달가이도치대서신피질혈액관류량감소;단삼주사액능구증가신피질혈액관류량.
Objective To research the alteration of the renal cortex hemoperfusion in obstructive jaundice rats by salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods 72 SD rats were divided into 3 groups, which were false - operation group ( A ) , commen bile duct ligation group (B),and salvia miltiorrhiza group(C).The rats were observed on the 3rd,7th,10th day, and each observe time had 8 SD rats. The renal cortex hemoperfusion and the renal function( BUN, Cr) were observed by LISCA laser Doppler Hemoperfusion image instrument in different phases. Results The renal cortex hemoperfusion in group B was less than group A , and was the least in the 10d phase(P<0.05) . In the 7d and 10d phase,the levels of BUN and Cr were all increased,furthermore,the level of Cr was more increased when the time lasted (P<0.05). The renal cortex hemoperfusion in group C was more than group B,the levels of BUN and Cr were all decreased in the 10 d group(P<0.05). Conclusion The obstructive jaundice can induce the renal cortex hemoperfusion less. Nevertheless, the salvia miltiorrhiza injection can improve the renal cortex hemoperfusion in obstructive jaundice rats.
