运用经典层合板理论和一阶剪切变形理论预测了单板一定向刨花板复合集装箱底板的有效弹性模量、跨中正应力和挠度,并将预测结果与有限单元法所得的结果进行了比较.用有限单元法对3种不同厚度木单板复合的集装箱底板的弯曲性能进行了分析.结果表明,理论预测与有限元分析结果基本相符;采用较大厚度比的单板不但可有效提高复合集装箱底板整体的刚度性能,而且可显著减小结构中的正应力.
運用經典層閤闆理論和一階剪切變形理論預測瞭單闆一定嚮鑤花闆複閤集裝箱底闆的有效彈性模量、跨中正應力和撓度,併將預測結果與有限單元法所得的結果進行瞭比較.用有限單元法對3種不同厚度木單闆複閤的集裝箱底闆的彎麯性能進行瞭分析.結果錶明,理論預測與有限元分析結果基本相符;採用較大厚度比的單闆不但可有效提高複閤集裝箱底闆整體的剛度性能,而且可顯著減小結構中的正應力.

Classical laminated plate theory(CLPT)and the first-order sheafing deformation theory(FSDT)were used for predicting the effective modulus of elasticity,stress and deflection of the beam in mid-span for oriented strand board-veneer composite container flooring(OSBVCCF).They were compared with the results by the finite element method (FEM).FEM also analyzed the bonding properties of the container flooring for three different thickness of wood veneer.The results demonstrated that theoretical predictions matched with the results of FEM.The larger thickness ratio of veneer composite container flooring will not only effectively improve the overall performance of stiffness but also reduce the normal stress in the structure significantly.
