目的 评价健康教育对护士甲型H1N1流感知识、信念、行为(简称知、信、行)改善的效果.方法 以抽样调查方式比较教育前、后的知、信、行各方面问题的总正确率差异,评价健康教育效果.结果 教育前后知识总正确率分别为81.91%,97.89%;信念(态度)总正确率分别为80.32%,96.53%;行为总正确率分别为87.23%,97.68%.教育后知、信、行总正确率与教育前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 以讲座、承诺、督促的模式开展医院护士甲型H1N1流感专题健康教育,可有效提高护士预防甲型H1N1流感的知识、信念、行为水平.

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education of A/H1N1 Influenza on the improvement of nurses' knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and practices. Methods Sample surveys were performed before and after education, the overall accuracy rates of knowledge, attitude, behavior and practice were compared between before and after education to evaluate effect of health education. Results Overall accuracy rates of knowledge before and after education were 81.91% and 97.89% respectively; overall accuracy rates of attitudes before and after education were 80. 32% and 96. 53% respectively; behavior and overall accuracy rates of practice before and after education were 87.23% and 97.68% respectively. The comparison of overall accuracy rate of knowledge, attitude, behavior and practice between before and after education had statistically difference (P<0.01 ). Conclusions Hospital health education of A/H1N1 Influenza performed in the form of lectures, commitment, supervise and urge could improve nurses' knowledge, attitude, behavior and practice to prevent A/H1N1 influenza effectively.
