研究了聚亚甲蓝修饰碳纤维微电极同时测定多巴胺和抗坏血酸的分析方法,在该修饰电极上,多巴胺和抗坏血酸均具有高的灵敏度,并且在电极反应过程中不沾污电极,重现性好,测定过程无需除氧,这对于生物活体在线检测是一个非常重要的条件.
研究瞭聚亞甲藍脩飾碳纖維微電極同時測定多巴胺和抗壞血痠的分析方法,在該脩飾電極上,多巴胺和抗壞血痠均具有高的靈敏度,併且在電極反應過程中不霑汙電極,重現性好,測定過程無需除氧,這對于生物活體在線檢測是一箇非常重要的條件.

The utilization of poly(Methylene blue) coated carbonfiber microelectrodes for simultaneously determining of dopamine andascorbic acid was proposed in this paper. This approach offered several advantages such as simultaneous determination of dopamine andascorbic acid with high sensitivity and the detected species didn'tsully (adsorb) electrodes. More importantly, this analytical processcan be performed without deaeration, which was an important condition for in vivo studies.
