为简化和减少在船舶管路布置中的设计约束,降低设计复杂度,将自由空间建模方法引入管路布置中,并提出二次穿越算法.该算法通过检查管路模板与自由空间模型边界相交的次数来判断管路是连接自由空间内的端点,还是与模型发生碰撞.一旦发生碰撞,则需要对管路进行修正,以避开设备及其自由空间.该算法弥补了现有的管路智能布置算法不适应自由空间模型的问题.

To reduce the number of constrains associated with pipe-routing arrangement and simplify the complexity of the design, free spaces models were used and re-cross algorithm was presented. Pipe connects a terminal or collides with a model can be determined by intersections of routing crosses at the model edges. When interference occurred, the route should be modified. Re-cross algorithm exceeds the existing artificial intelli-gence(AI) algorithms on routing arrangements in aspects of using free spaces models.
