This paper gives the definition of possibility degree between Vague sets.And some properties are studied.The Vague multiple attribute decision-making problems are investigated, in which the information about alternative weights are known or un-certain completely.By using optimal plan,the optimization model is established.Then,based on formulas of possibility degree,a new method is given.Finally,an example is used to illustrate.the feasibility and effectiveness of the presented method.
