采用Moldflow 6.1的填充分析模块和流道平衡模块,分析型腔各异模具的不平衡流动.发现优化流道截面尺寸,流动不平衡率仅从28.16%降为20.88%,而同时调整型腔布局和优化流道截面尺寸,能将流动不平衡率从28.16%降为1.16%.结果表明,当熔体流动不平衡率较大时,应首先考虑调整型腔布局,再结合调整流道截面尺寸、浇口等因素使之达到流动平衡;型腔布局对熔体的平衡流动起着重要作用.

The filling analysis module and flow runner balance module of Moldflow 6.1 software were used to analyze the imbalance flow of different cavities of mold. It was found that the optimized cross-section size of cold runners could only reduce the flow imbalance ratio from 28.16 percent to 20.88 percent, but simultaneously adjusted layout of cavities and optimized cross-section size of cold runners could reduce the flow imbalance ratio from 28.16 percent to 1.16 percent. The results indicated that adjusting the layout of cavities should be considered firstly, and then was optimizing the cross-section size of cold runners or gates; the layout of cavities played an important role in balancing the melt flow.
