根据1950~2007年实测水文资料,分别采用马卡维也夫法和平滩流量法对淮河中游干流河道造床流量进行计算.通过对2种方法计算结果的综合分析,推荐了淮河中游各站及相应河段造床流量值,并通过回归分析建立了造床流量与多年平均流量以及多年汛期平均流量的经验公式.

In order to build river regime、regulate river and adjust flood-storage district, dominant discharge on the middle reaches of Huaihe River is calculated.According to the observed hydrological data from 1950 to 2007, the dominant discharge in the middle reaches of Huaihe River was calculated by use of the Makovieve method and the bankfull discharge method. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the results of the above two methods, the values of the dominant discharge at various stations and of each reach were proposed. An empirical formula to calculate the dominant discharge, mean annual discharge and mean annual flood season discharge was established through the regression analysis.
