将纳米MgO、Al_2O_3和ZnO分别添加于超细CaCO_3中制备出钙基纳米金属氧化物复合吸附剂,并进行燃煤过程中除砷脱硫的试验研究.结果表明,在Ca/S摩尔比为1.8,燃烧温度为1 200℃,纳米金属氧化物的添加量为超细CaCO_3质量的8%时,添加了纳米MgO的复合吸附剂除砷脱硫性能最好,比单一的超细CaCO_3除砷率和脱硫率分别高出了28.73%和37.21%,表现出同时除砷脱硫的良好性能.
將納米MgO、Al_2O_3和ZnO分彆添加于超細CaCO_3中製備齣鈣基納米金屬氧化物複閤吸附劑,併進行燃煤過程中除砷脫硫的試驗研究.結果錶明,在Ca/S摩爾比為1.8,燃燒溫度為1 200℃,納米金屬氧化物的添加量為超細CaCO_3質量的8%時,添加瞭納米MgO的複閤吸附劑除砷脫硫性能最好,比單一的超細CaCO_3除砷率和脫硫率分彆高齣瞭28.73%和37.21%,錶現齣同時除砷脫硫的良好性能.
장납미MgO、Al_2O_3화ZnO분별첨가우초세CaCO_3중제비출개기납미금속양화물복합흡부제,병진행연매과정중제신탈류적시험연구.결과표명,재Ca/S마이비위1.8,연소온도위1 200℃,납미금속양화물적첨가량위초세CaCO_3질량적8%시,첨가료납미MgO적복합흡부제제신탈류성능최호,비단일적초세CaCO_3제신솔화탈류솔분별고출료28.73%화37.21%,표현출동시제신탈류적량호성능.
A series of calcium-based nano-metal oxides compound sorbents were prepared by doping nano-MgO, Al_2O_3 and ZnO into ultrafine CaCO_3, respectively. The characteristics of dearsenization and desulfurization were investigated during coal combustion. The results showed that the efficiency of dearsenization and desulfurization were increased by 28.73% and 37.21% with calcium-based nano-MgO compound sorbent, when Ca/S molar ratio was 1.8 and combustion temperature was 1200℃. The amount of nano-MgO doped was only 8% of ultrafine CaCO_3 mass. The compound sorbent of calcium-based nano- MgO could be applied to the coal combustion for dearsenization and desulfurization simultaneously.
