数值模拟技术同实际试验方法相结合,可简化试验频次,提高模拟效率。以曲面零件为例,利用Dy-naform软件在其他条件不变的工况下,调整压边力、拉深筋、材料这3种边界条件进行计算机模拟;并与正交试验法相结合,通过对结果的分析,得出实际效果最好的条件组合,同实际试验相验证,指导实际生产。

By combining numerical simulation with the actual test,this paper simplifies the testing procedure,and improves the simulation efficiency.By using curved surface part as the example,it adjusts three boundary conditions of blank holder force,draw bead and material to make computer simulation,in which Dynaform software has been used in the circumstance of other conditions remain unchanged.Then the analysis to the result is that: when combining with orthogonal test,it gets the best conditions combination for the actual portfolio;it is verified with the actual test and guides the actual production.
