目的观察盐酸莫西沙星治疗急性呼吸道感染病患者的临床效果.方法对67例确诊的急性呼吸道感染病患者,采用口服盐酸莫西沙星片400mg,每日1次,7天为1疗程,观察疗效.结果总有效率为85.1%,致病微生物清除率90.3%,敏感率87.1%,耐药率3.2%.结论盐酸莫西沙星片是治疗急性呼吸道感染病的较佳药物.
목적 관찰염산막서사성치료급성호흡도감염병환자적림상효과.방법 대67례학진적급성호흡도감염병환자,채용구복염산막서사성편400mg,매일1차,7천위1료정,관찰료효.결과 총유효솔위85.1%,치병미생물청제솔90.3%,민감솔87.1%,내약솔3.2%.결론 염산막서사성편시치료급성호흡도감염병적교가약물.
Objective To observe the efficacy of Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride in the treatment of acute respiratory tract infections. Methods Sixty seven patients diagnosed as acute respiratory tract infections were administered orally at a dose of 400 mg Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride, once a day, and sevendays for a course of treatment. Results The overall clinical efficacious rate was 85.1%, and the bacterial clearance rate was 90.3% with sensitive bacteria 87.1%, drug resistant rate 3.2%.Conclusion Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride is an effective antibiotic for the treatment of acute respiratory tract infections.
