目的 评价外伤性脾破裂非手术治疗的可行性及疗效.方法 对49例Ⅰ、Ⅱ级外伤性脾破裂行非手术治疗,并进行回顾性分析.结果 49例均痊愈出院,并发症7例,无再发出血及腹腔脓肿发生.结论 对于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级外伤性脾破裂在血流动力学稳定或经纠正后稳定,并排除腹腔空腔脏器损伤的病例在密切观察下可行非手术治疗.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of non-surgical treatment for traumatic spleen rupture.Methods Forty-nine patients with traumatic spleen rupture(Gall and Scheele classification:Ⅰ andⅡ)were treated by non-surgical treatment and be done retrospective analysis.Results Fortynine cases were cured and discharged,seven cases had complications,bu no further blood and abdominal abscess issued.Conclusion Under close observation,it was possible that non-surgical treatment can be done for Ⅰ,Ⅱ-traumatic splenic rupture in the hemodynamic stability or colxected to stability.and the exclusion of the peritoneal cavity organ damage in patients.
