目的:探讨改良检查体位(左侧斜卧位)对减轻胃镜受检者不适感的效果.方法:将1 000例胃镜检查者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规左侧卧位,头部略向后仰,两腿微屈曲,解松腰带及衣领;实验组采用改良左侧斜卧位,头部垫硬枕不超肩高,头部略向后仰并稍偏左侧,上半身抬高15°～ 20°,两腿微屈曲,解松腰带及衣领.结果:实验组一次插镜成功率明显高于对照组(P＜0.01),实验组术中不适感及术后不良反应的发生明显少于对照组(P＜0.01),实验组检查所需时间明显少于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:改良检查体位(左侧斜卧位)操作简单,可显著提高胃镜检查一次插镜成功率、缩短检查时间、减轻受检者的不适感及术后不良反应,提高医护人员的工作效率.

Objective:Probe into the effect of improvement body check to reduce discomfort on the gastroscopy patients.
