以6个对黄曲霉菌抗性不同的玉米自交系完全双列杂交所获得的6个世代的种子,用黄曲霉菌接种,调查病级,研究玉米抗黄曲霉菌的基因位点及效应.结果表明:参试的6个亲本自交系之间对黄曲霉菌的抗性有较大差异,不同亲本组配的杂种F1对黄曲霉菌的抗感表现不同.各家系的分离群体中抗感个体的分离,少部分呈有规律的分离比例,而大部分组合的分离群体不呈有规律的分离比例,说明玉米对黄曲霉菌的抗性遗传既有主基因效应,也有多基因效应.多基因遗传体系中,既有基因的加性效应、显性效应,还有上位性效应.6个自交系中,可检测到5个对黄曲霉菌有抗性的基因位点,在自交系RA中携带1个效应较大的抗性基因,而其他几个自交系仅携带1~2个效应较小的抗性基因.自交系RA除可用于抗黄曲霉菌玉米新品种的选育,也可用于发展作图群体对玉米抗黄曲霉菌基因进行定位.
以6箇對黃麯黴菌抗性不同的玉米自交繫完全雙列雜交所穫得的6箇世代的種子,用黃麯黴菌接種,調查病級,研究玉米抗黃麯黴菌的基因位點及效應.結果錶明:參試的6箇親本自交繫之間對黃麯黴菌的抗性有較大差異,不同親本組配的雜種F1對黃麯黴菌的抗感錶現不同.各傢繫的分離群體中抗感箇體的分離,少部分呈有規律的分離比例,而大部分組閤的分離群體不呈有規律的分離比例,說明玉米對黃麯黴菌的抗性遺傳既有主基因效應,也有多基因效應.多基因遺傳體繫中,既有基因的加性效應、顯性效應,還有上位性效應.6箇自交繫中,可檢測到5箇對黃麯黴菌有抗性的基因位點,在自交繫RA中攜帶1箇效應較大的抗性基因,而其他幾箇自交繫僅攜帶1~2箇效應較小的抗性基因.自交繫RA除可用于抗黃麯黴菌玉米新品種的選育,也可用于髮展作圖群體對玉米抗黃麯黴菌基因進行定位.

This study was carried out with 6 inbred lines with different resistance to Aspergillus flavus in maize and their F_1 progeny complete diallel crosses inoculated with A.flavus,the number and effect of genes contributing resistance to A.flavus were investigated and the disease categorical data of 6 generations of each cross were analyzed.Result showed that 6 inbred lines and their F_1 progeny had different resistance to A.flavus.In diallel crosses,the ratio of resistant and susceptible individuals did not always follow the law.Both major gene and polygene effect contributed the resistance to A.flavus in maize.Additive effect as well as dominance and epitasis effects were detected in crosses.It may be safely concluded that the inheritance of A.flavus resistance was complex.Totally,five resistant loci were detected in 6 inbred lines.Moreovcr,the effect of resistant loci was different in crosses.Of all,inbred line named RA had a major resistant locus,while others had one or two resistant loci with minor resistant effect.Inbred line RA iS the most promising resources of resistance for breeding programs and mapping population development.
