目的探讨环孢素联合达那唑对糖皮质激素无效或依赖的特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者的疗效.方法选择50例对糖皮质激素无效或依赖的ITP患者,其中30例作为治疗组在常规支持治疗的基础上应用环孢素联合达那唑治疗;20例作为对照组用其他免疫抑制剂治疗.对2组的疗效进行对比.结果对照组治疗1和12个月时的有效率分别为50%和20%;治疗组分别为80%和50%,2组之间1、12个月时的有效率相比,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论环孢素联合达那唑对激素无效或依赖的IPT有较好的治疗效果.

Objective To investigate the effect of cyclosporine combined with danazol on the glucocorticoid invalid or dependent idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP). Methods The ITP patients of the glucocorticoid invalid or dependent in 50 cases were randomly divided into cyclosporine combined danazol group in 30 cases, control group in 20 cases. Results The efficacy rates of one month and twelve months: control group were respectively 50.0%, 20.0%; treatment group were 80%, 50% ,showing significant differences ( P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion The efficacy of cyclosporine combined with danazol on the glucocorticoid invalid or dependent ITP is excellent.
