The IND780 loading -weighting system applied in Tongxin coal mine of the Datong Coal Mine Group is mainly introduced in this paper. The constitution and principle are briefly narrated. The structure,the installation and the static and dynamic calibrating style of weighing transducer are mainly introduced. The force influence on calculation error is analyzed on the mechanics. The circuit and value of resistance influence on weighing error are analyzed on the electronics. And this paper comes up with the methods of maintenance and indemnifying measures as well.
