目的 从雷公藤和昆明山海棠植物根中提取卫茅醇并鉴别比较,寻找雷公藤和昆明山海棠植物在临床疗效上具有相似性的原因.方法 采用95%乙醇为溶剂,对雷公藤和昆明山海棠植物根中进行热提取.其提取液经浓缩后的相对应部位进行薄层层析检查对照、化学成分的预测、熔点的测定及红外吸收光谱的测定来判别两种植物的差异.结果 两种植物均含有相同的卫茅醇.结论 雷公藤和昆明山海棠在临床疗效上具有相似性,主要原因是这两种植物具有相同的化学成分.
目的 從雷公籐和昆明山海棠植物根中提取衛茅醇併鑒彆比較,尋找雷公籐和昆明山海棠植物在臨床療效上具有相似性的原因.方法 採用95%乙醇為溶劑,對雷公籐和昆明山海棠植物根中進行熱提取.其提取液經濃縮後的相對應部位進行薄層層析檢查對照、化學成分的預測、鎔點的測定及紅外吸收光譜的測定來判彆兩種植物的差異.結果 兩種植物均含有相同的衛茅醇.結論 雷公籐和昆明山海棠在臨床療效上具有相似性,主要原因是這兩種植物具有相同的化學成分.

Objective To extract dulcitol from plant roots of Triptergium wilfordii Hook. f. and T. hypoglaucum(Levi.) Hutch and conduct identifications and comparisons on the extracts. To search for the causes of the similarities in clinical curative effects of the plants of Triptergium wilfordii Hook. f. and T. hypoglaucum(Levi.) Hutch.Methods Conduct heat extraction on the plant roots of TriptergiumwilfordiiHook. f. and T. hypoglaucum(Levi.) Hutch by adopting 95% ethanol as solvent. Conduct thin layer chromatographic comparisons, forecasts of chemical ingredients, measuration of melting points and measuration of infrared spectrum on the relevant parts of the condensed extract. Results Both plants contained dulcitol. Conclusion The two plants of Triptergium wilfordii Hook.f..and T. hypoglaucum (Levi.) Hutch. have similarities in clinical effect. The main cause is that the two plants have many the same chemical compositions.
