将32个化学诱变处理M。材料共计8708粒花生种子,置于2.0%NaCl溶液中发芽,筛选出81粒露白种子,直接种植于山东省花生研究所莱西试验地,结果只有1粒出苗且长势良好。另对74份品系材料在1.0%NaCl浓度下进行了耐盐筛选,L19露白率最高(75%),且长势良好。相关分析表明,花生芽期耐盐性与种子粗脂肪、粗蛋白、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、蔗糖含量间无显著相关。

A total of 8708 peanut seeds (M2) from 32 chemical mutagen treatments along with 74 peanut lines harvested in 2010 were selected to assess their tolerance of salinity during germination. In 2% NaCl solution, 81 of the M2 seeds were found to have radicals breaking through testa, and were planted at Experiment Station of Shandong Peanut Research Institute. Among them only one seed developed into seedling and finally grew to maturity. Of the 74 lines tested in 1.0% NaCl, L19 was the best with 75% of seeds possessing radicals breaking through testa. Salinity tolerance at germination stage was not significantly correlated with main quality characters including oil, protein, oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, and sucrose content.
