针对水泥混凝土路面拓宽罩面结构的受力特征,通过现行设计规范对复合式路面疲劳应力进行了验算,采用有限元对碾压混凝土刚性基层因路基差异沉降引起的板顶横向和竖向应力分布进行了计算。结果表明,随着路基差异沉降量的增加板顶最大横向拉应力亦增大,为满足碾压混凝土3.5 MPa设计弯拉强度的要求,新旧路基差异沉降量应控制在50 mm范围内。
針對水泥混凝土路麵拓寬罩麵結構的受力特徵,通過現行設計規範對複閤式路麵疲勞應力進行瞭驗算,採用有限元對碾壓混凝土剛性基層因路基差異沉降引起的闆頂橫嚮和豎嚮應力分佈進行瞭計算。結果錶明,隨著路基差異沉降量的增加闆頂最大橫嚮拉應力亦增大,為滿足碾壓混凝土3.5 MPa設計彎拉彊度的要求,新舊路基差異沉降量應控製在50 mm範圍內。

According to the stress characteristics of the overlay-widened cement concrete pavement structure,the fatigue stress of composite concrete pavement was checked using the calculation formulas in current design specification.Meanwhile,the distribution of transverse stress and vertical stress on the top of cement concrete slab caused by differential settlement of subgrade were calculated using finite element method.The results showed that the maximum transverse stress on the top of cement concrete slab increases if differential settlement of subgrade increased.Therefore,the differential settlement of subgrade should be controlled within 50 mm in order to satisfy the design flexural strength of 3.5 MPa for roller compacted concrete.
