“3s”技术目前虽已在江苏省建设项目占用征收林地调查中得以应用，但技术应用集成度不高，缺乏流程化操作，数据之间格式与坐标系统不一致，不利于全省森林资源信息管理。结合笔者工作实际，文章提出以PDA作为“3s”技术集成运用平台，通过ARCGIS强大的数据转换、坐标转换、地图制图等功能，实现调查过程的流程化、规范化、模块化操作，确保调查流程的科学合理。

Although ＂3S＂ technology has been applied in occupied and expropriated forest land inventory in Jiangsu, the technology integration is poor, process - oriented operation is lack, and the data is not uniform between format and coordinate system, all of those are not conducive to the Jiangsu provincal forest resources information management. Combined with the actual work experience, the paper proposes to take PDA as the integration platform of ＂3S＂ technology, to achieve process - oriented, standardized, modular operation with powerful data conversion, coordinate conversion, cartography and other func- tions of AreGIS.and to cnsm＇e, the scientific management of inventorv nrocess.
