就目前二钢厂ROKOP连铸机现存在结晶器漏水、导向段结钢及变形、引锭杆变形及拉断、拉矫机和振动台减速机易损坏和出坯长辊减速机损坏太多等几个主要设备问题进行原因分析，并提出强化管理、杜绝违章，提高维护、点检质量，依靠科技进步，改善设备技术性能等整改措施.
就目前二鋼廠ROKOP連鑄機現存在結晶器漏水、導嚮段結鋼及變形、引錠桿變形及拉斷、拉矯機和振動檯減速機易損壞和齣坯長輥減速機損壞太多等幾箇主要設備問題進行原因分析，併提齣彊化管理、杜絕違章，提高維護、點檢質量，依靠科技進步，改善設備技術性能等整改措施.

The main equipment problems about ROKOP continuous castingmachine at No.2 Steel Making Plant are summarized, these problems are as following: mould c ooling water leak, secondly cooling pile_up scrap and transform, dummy bar trans form and break, easy damage for the reducer of straightener and oscilation, more damage for the reducer of dis_charge rollers. Some modification measures are pr oposed to resolve problem, namely intensifying equipment management, enhancing m achine safeguard, depending on the advanced science and technology, improving th e capacity of equipment and technology etc.
