　　目的探讨直肠癌合并急性肠梗阻行Ⅰ期根治切除吻合术的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月至2011年2月间共收治的直肠癌合并急性肠梗阻36例患者的临床资料。结果本组36例患者均在肠道灌洗的前提行Ⅰ期肿瘤切除肠吻合术，都未发生肠吻合口漏。术后6例出现不同程度的炎性肠梗阻，通过禁食、胃肠减压，静脉营养支持，维护水电解质酸碱平衡，抗感染、抑制肠液分泌、腹部超声排气等治疗后4～10天恢复肠功能。4例切口感染，肺部感染2例，经积极治疗后均痊愈。本组无死亡病例。结论直肠癌合并急性肠梗阻在结肠充分灌洗清洁的情况下，行Ⅰ期治切除吻合术是安全、有效的，且疗效显著。
　　목적탐토직장암합병급성장경조행Ⅰ기근치절제문합술적치료효과。방법회고성분석아원2005년1월지2011년2월간공수치적직장암합병급성장경조36례환자적림상자료。결과본조36례환자균재장도관세적전제행Ⅰ기종류절제장문합술，도미발생장문합구루。술후6례출현불동정도적염성장경조，통과금식、위장감압，정맥영양지지，유호수전해질산감평형，항감염、억제장액분비、복부초성배기등치료후4～10천회복장공능。4례절구감염，폐부감염2례，경적겁치료후균전유。본조무사망병례。결론직장암합병급성장경조재결장충분관세청길적정황하，행Ⅰ기치절제문합술시안전、유효적，차료효현저。
Objective to investigate the colorectal cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction one-stage radical resection and anastomosis treatment effect.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed clinical data in our hospital from 2005 January to 2011 february were treated 36 cases of colorectal cancer complicated with acute intestinal obstruction patients. results:after this group of 36 patients were in intestinal lavage of stage Ⅰ tumor area and intestinal anastomosis,no intestinal anastomotic leakage.after 6 cases of inflammatory intestinal obstruction in different degree,through fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,intravenous nutrition support,maintenance of water and electrolyte acid-base balance,resistance to infection,inhibition of intestinal fluid secretion,abdominal ultrasound exhaust after treatment for 4-10 days of recovery of intestinal function.incision infection in 4 cases,pulmonary infection in 2 cases,after active treatment were cured.no deaths in this group.conclusion:rectal cancer with acute obstruction of colon lavage cleaning fully in the case of one-stage resection and anastomosis,treatment is safe,effective,and significant effect.
