为了探讨粘结MoS2基固体润滑膜在干摩擦条件下的抗承载能力和耐速度性能,使用国产的环一块摩擦磨损试验机在干摩擦下对粘结MoS2基固体润滑膜在不同载荷和不同速度试验条件下的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究.试验结果表明:粘结MoS2基固体润滑膜的承载能力有高达2100N,在0.512~3.84m/s的滑动速度范围内具有良好的抗磨减摩性能.对转移膜的研究结果表明高载高速试验条件有利于促进对偶表面生成高质量的转移膜.粘结MoS2基固体润滑膜具有良好的抗承载能力和耐速度性能的机理应归结于在摩擦过程中对偶表面高质量转移膜的生成.

In order to inquire into the load-carrying and speed-resistant capacities of bonded MoS2 solid lubricating films under dry friction conditions,the friction and wear behaviors of the MoS2 lubricating films were investigated under different speed and load testing conditions.Results show that the MoS2 lubricating films have a high load-carrying capacity up to 2100 N,and a wide speed-resistant capacity of 0.512-3.84m/s.The higher load and higher speed can promote the counterpart surface to form the transfer film with a fine quality.The predominant mechanism of the MoS2 lubricating films with excellent load-carrying and speed-resistant capacities can be attributed to the formation of the transfer film with a fine quality.
