碱性氨基酸转运载体广泛分布于动物机体中,并对动物机体内氨基酸的转运和调节起着重要作用,其变异会导致胱氨酸尿症、赖氨酸尿性蛋白不耐症等疾病,引起氨基酸吸收代谢紊乱.综述了碱性氨基酸转运载体的结构、表达、功能及其调节的研究进展.
堿性氨基痠轉運載體廣汎分佈于動物機體中,併對動物機體內氨基痠的轉運和調節起著重要作用,其變異會導緻胱氨痠尿癥、賴氨痠尿性蛋白不耐癥等疾病,引起氨基痠吸收代謝紊亂.綜述瞭堿性氨基痠轉運載體的結構、錶達、功能及其調節的研究進展.

Cationic amino acids transporters widely distribute in animal bodies and play an important role in the transportation and regulation of amino acids in animal bodies. Mutations in these transporters lead to the hereditary diseases cystinuria and lysinuric protein intolerance, which induced the severe disorder of amino acids absorbability. The research advances in the structure, expression, functions and regulation of cationic amino acid transporters were summarized.
