综合运用碳当量法、焊接冷裂敏感指数法、插销试验和斜Y坡口试验,研究了HG70低合金高强钢的焊接冷裂敏感性.结果表明,10mm厚的HG70钢板具有一定的淬硬倾向,焊前应进行低温预热,以提高其临界断裂应力,降低其冷裂敏感性;预热温度应控制在80~120℃.
綜閤運用碳噹量法、銲接冷裂敏感指數法、插銷試驗和斜Y坡口試驗,研究瞭HG70低閤金高彊鋼的銲接冷裂敏感性.結果錶明,10mm厚的HG70鋼闆具有一定的淬硬傾嚮,銲前應進行低溫預熱,以提高其臨界斷裂應力,降低其冷裂敏感性;預熱溫度應控製在80~120℃.

Through calculations of carbon equivalents, cold crack sensitivity indexes, implant tests and Y-groove cracking tests, the cold crack sensitivity of HG70 high strength low alloy steel was investigated. The results show that HG70 steel plates with the thickness of 10mm has some hardenability and cold crack sensitivity, thus low-temperature preheating should be conduct before welding. Preheating can heighten the critical fracture stress and lower the sensitivity of the cold crack. The preheating temperature should be controlled between 80 and 120℃.
