[目的]分离、筛选具高效分解钾长石能力的菌株.[方法]从采自湖南省桂东县钾长石矿区的土壤中分离、筛选分解钾长石能力较强的菌株;通过形态观察、生理生化特征检测和基于16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析,对分离到的菌株进行初步鉴定.[结果]分离得到一株分解钾长石能力较好的JDM1菌株,初步鉴定为圆褐固氮菌的一个菌株;在温度为30 ℃、摇瓶转速为200 r/min的条件下培养96 h后,测得该菌发酵液中钾元素含量高达135.3 mg/L. [结论]菌株JDM1是一株具有较高分解钾长石性能的圆褐固氮菌.
[目的]分離、篩選具高效分解鉀長石能力的菌株.[方法]從採自湖南省桂東縣鉀長石礦區的土壤中分離、篩選分解鉀長石能力較彊的菌株;通過形態觀察、生理生化特徵檢測和基于16S rRNA基因序列的繫統髮育分析,對分離到的菌株進行初步鑒定.[結果]分離得到一株分解鉀長石能力較好的JDM1菌株,初步鑒定為圓褐固氮菌的一箇菌株;在溫度為30 ℃、搖瓶轉速為200 r/min的條件下培養96 h後,測得該菌髮酵液中鉀元素含量高達135.3 mg/L. [結論]菌株JDM1是一株具有較高分解鉀長石性能的圓褐固氮菌.
[목적]분리、사선구고효분해갑장석능력적균주.[방법]종채자호남성계동현갑장석광구적토양중분리、사선분해갑장석능력교강적균주;통과형태관찰、생리생화특정검측화기우16S rRNA기인서렬적계통발육분석,대분리도적균주진행초보감정.[결과]분리득도일주분해갑장석능력교호적JDM1균주,초보감정위원갈고담균적일개균주;재온도위30 ℃、요병전속위200 r/min적조건하배양96 h후,측득해균발효액중갑원소함량고체135.3 mg/L. [결론]균주JDM1시일주구유교고분해갑장석성능적원갈고담균.
[Objective]The research aimed to isolate and identify the efficient decomposing potassium feldspar bacterial strain. [Method] The efficient decomposing potassium feldspar bacterial strain was isolated from soil of potassium feldspar diggings of Guidong County of Hunan Province with the method of potassium feldspar dissolution selective cultivation. The isolated bacterial strain was identified by morphological, physiological and biochemical characters respectively, and 16S rRNA of the strain was sequenced. [Result]The results of identification demonstrated that a potassium feldspar dissolution JDM1 strain was Azotobacter chroococcum. When the strain was cultured at 30 ℃and 200 r/min for 96 h, the content of the soluble potassium was 135.3 mg/L. [Conclusion]JDM1 strain was an efficient potassium feldspar dissolution Azotobacter chroococcum.
