研制了一种基于系统芯片(System on Chip,简称SOC)的精密软开关逆变点焊电源,可用于微型工件的点焊.给出了一种采用饱和电感拓宽零电压软开关范围的电路拓扑,并分析了其控制原理;设计了以SOC型C8051F020单片机为核心的双闭环控制电路,给出了系统控制程序流程图.实验结果证明,所研制的精密软开关逆变点焊电源焊接性能优良,响应速度快,控制精度高.

A precise soft-switching inverter spot welding power based on SOC for miniature workpiece is introduced.The PS-FB-ZVS topology by adopting saturable inductor to widen soft-switching range is proposed and the control principle is analyzed.The control circuit based on SOC C8051F020 is designed and the system program flow char is presented.The experimental results show that soft-switching inverter spot welding power has fast dynamic responsibility,high accuracy and full range soft-switching.
