白粉病是影响小麦生产的病害之一.小麦种质N95175对小麦白粉病免疫,为了定位它所携带的抗白粉病基因的染色体位置,对其苗期白粉病抗性进行了遗传分析.4个感白粉病普通小麦品种与N95175杂交,F_1对白粉病均表现高抗,F_2抗感分离比例均符合期望比例3:1;21个感白粉病普通小麦缺(单)体系与N95175杂交,F_1对白粉病均表现高抗,F_2白粉病抗感比例除阿勃6AN×N95175组合偏离期望比例3:1外,其余组合均符合期望比例3:1.结果表明,N95175苗期白粉病抗性由位于小麦6A染色体上的1对完全显性基因控制.

Powdery mildew,caused by Blumeria graminis f.sp.tritici,is one of the devastating diseases in most wheat-growing areas worldwide.New wheat germplasm N95175 is immune to powdery mildew.Genetic analysis of powdery mildew resistance of N95175 at seedling stage was done in order to locate the resistant gene on wheat chromosome.F_1 progeny between N95175 and four highly susceptible common wheat cultivars were highly resistant to powdery mildew,the ratio of the resistant and susceptible plants in F_2 progeny fitted the expected 3 to 1.All of F_1 generation between a set of highly susceptible common wheat nullisomic lines or monosomic lines and N95175 were highly resistant to powdery mildew,the ratio of the resistant and susceptible plants in(Abbondanza 6AN/N95175) F_2 progeny deviated from the expected 3 to 1,and F_2 progeny of the other 20 crosses fitted the expected 3 to 1.The results indicated that powdery mildew resistance of N95175 at seedling stage was controlled by a single dominant gene located on chromosome 6A.
