目的 研究高职医学生职业素质现状、存在问题与相关因素,提高高职医学生职业素质教育的实效性.方法 采用自制问卷调查表,随机选取天津医学高等专科学校506名学生进行问卷调查,并对调查结果 进行统计学分析.结果 被调查学生的各项素质总体情况较好,但人际交往、人生追求、诚实守信、吃苦耐劳、细心耐心等方面存在不足.学生的职业素质与父母对学习期望值、与学生的道德认识和评价水平、与学生的学习态度和人生追求呈正相关关系.结论 激发学习热情和进取精神是提高高职医学生素质的重要保障,诚实守信、吃苦耐劳是高职医学生职业素质教育的重要内容.

Objective To survey the status of professional quality, the existing problems and relevant issues of higher vocational college students so as to improve the effectiveness of their quality education.Methods To conduct a questionnaire survey on 506 students from Tianjin Medical College at random and analyze the data statistically.Results The general level of each quality factor is high, but there are insufficiencies in the qualities of interpersonal skill, career pursuing, honesty, endurance, chariness and patience.There is a statistically significant difference on the students' professional quality with the expected value to students from parents, the appraisal level on students' morals, and the students' learning attitude and career pursuing.Conclusions To inspire students' enthusiasm for study and pursuing spirit is an important approach for improving students' quality, and honesty and endurance are the important contents of medical professional education.
