文中通过自行设计的管流动态模拟装置,研究了碳钢在质量分数为3.5%流动NaCl溶液中的磨损腐蚀.用重量法和极化曲线等方法,揭示了磨损腐蚀的规律及其腐蚀控制步骤,发现0~5.0 m/s内随着流速的增大,磨损腐蚀速度增大,而在5.0~12.6 m/s范围内腐蚀速度显著降低,超过12.6 m/s时磨损腐蚀则又随流速增大而增大.动力学过程的分析验证了腐蚀协同效应中电化学因素起主要作用.

The erosion-corrosion behavior of carbon steel in flowing solution of 3.5% NaCl was studied with self-designed and made flow loop simulating apparatus by means of weight loss and polarization curve method. Results show that the erosion-corrosion rate increases initially with increasing flow velocity, and when flow velocity is above 5.0 m/s the erosion corrosion rate decreases and anodic process presents passivated phenomena. However, erosion corrosion rate increases again when flow velocity is over 12.6 m/s. The further study show that the electrochemical factor plays a key role in the synergistic effect.
