本文构建了一个Delaunay模型对电压门控钾离子(Kv)通道进行预测.该方法通过建立一系列带有隐含变量的单纯形来分类电压门控钾离子通道,然后通过未知序列在主成分空间里面的投影来预测结构.结果表明该模型无论是在分类和结构预测上均可以得到很好的结果.
本文構建瞭一箇Delaunay模型對電壓門控鉀離子(Kv)通道進行預測.該方法通過建立一繫列帶有隱含變量的單純形來分類電壓門控鉀離子通道,然後通過未知序列在主成分空間裏麵的投影來預測結構.結果錶明該模型無論是在分類和結構預測上均可以得到很好的結果.

A Delaunay model to predict voltage-gated potassium (Kv) channels was developed, in which a series of simplexes with latent variables were constructed to classify the families of Kv channels and then each query sequence was projected to principle component space (PC-space) to predict their topology. The results suggested that this method can perform reasonably well in both classification and structure recognition. It is anticipated that this method can be as a complementary tool for experiments to provide structural information of a novel Kv channels and be helpful to other algorithms for structure prediction.
