选定夏热冬冷地区的典型城市杭州的一公共建筑,利用建筑能耗分析软件DeST对其逐时建筑能耗进行了模拟.选取外窗系统节能的关键因素:外窗朝向(A)、玻璃种类(B)、窗墙比(C)、外遮阳(D),利用正交实验法研究了各个因素对建筑全年能耗的影响.研究结果表明夏热冬冷地区外窗朝向对公共建筑全年负荷影响最大,其次为玻璃类型、窗墙比和外遮阳,并得到了建筑总能耗最小的优化组合方案.

Energy consumption of a public building in Hangzhou which is a typical city in hot-summer and cold-winter regions,was simulated by the DeST software using the orthogonal experimental method. Four key factors of window systems analyzed in the simulation were :orientation of window(A), glass (B),ratio of window to wall area (C),exfemal window shading device (D). The results show, in hot-summer and cold-winter regions, energy consumption of public buildings is influenced most by orientation of window (A),and then glass (B),ratio of window to wall area (C),external window shading device(D). The combination scheme of the minimum building consumption was obtained.
