用压制成型法制备竹粉填充聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合材料.通过正交设计探讨竹粉的粒径和用量、热压温度和时间对复合材料力学性能的影响.结果表明,竹粉的粒径是影响复合材料力学性能的主要因素.随着粒径的增大,材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度先增后降,0.250 mm的竹粉填充效果较好.在100 phr PVC材料中加入0.250 mm的竹粉20 phr,在170 ℃下热压3 min,可得到力学性能较好的PVC/竹粉复合材料.

The composites of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) filled with bamboo flour were prepared by compression-molding method. The effects of bamboo flour particle size and its dosage, molding temperature and time on the mechanical properties of PVC/bamboo flour composites were studied in detail by orthogonal-design experiments. The results showed that the bamboo flour particle size was the main influential factor. With the bamboo flour particle size grew up from 0.180 to 0.850 mm, the tensile strength, elongation at break and charpy impact strength of the composites increased firstly and decreased lately. The mechanical properties of composite filled with 0.250 mm bamboo flour were the best. The best condition for optimal mechanical properties of PVC/bamboo flour composite was the following: PVC mass dosage was 100 phr, the particle size of bamboo flour was 0.425 mm and its dosage was 20 phr as well as the molding temperature was 170 ℃ and time was 3 min.
