新烟碱类化合物主要作用于昆虫的烟碱乙酰胆碱受体(nAChRs).概述了新烟碱类杀虫剂的结构特征,阶段性地总结了近几年基于昆虫nAChRs结构,对新烟碱类化合物的杂环部分和功能基团进行结构修饰和改造的代表性研究成果,概要介绍了这些新化合物与昆虫nAChRs之间的相互作用机制,有助于进一步探索和开发高活性的新烟碱类化合物.
新煙堿類化閤物主要作用于昆蟲的煙堿乙酰膽堿受體(nAChRs).概述瞭新煙堿類殺蟲劑的結構特徵,階段性地總結瞭近幾年基于昆蟲nAChRs結構,對新煙堿類化閤物的雜環部分和功能基糰進行結構脩飾和改造的代錶性研究成果,概要介紹瞭這些新化閤物與昆蟲nAChRs之間的相互作用機製,有助于進一步探索和開髮高活性的新煙堿類化閤物.

Neonicotinoids act mainly on insect nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs).The structure character of neonicotinoids is described and the typical advances on structural modification for heterocyclic and pharmacophore groups of neonicotinoids based on insect nAChRs structure in recent years are reviewed.In addition,the modes of action between new compound and insect nAChRs are summaried.It is believed that all of them would provide a theoretical help for exploring novel nicotinic compound with high activity.
