目的研究Glycodelin-A与不明原因流产的相关性,为临床治疗流产提供指导.方法测量25例不明原因流产孕妇和24例正常早孕妇女血清Glycodelin-A含量并加以比较.结果正常组孕妇Glycodelin-A浓度[(6.95±0.64)ng/ml]高于流产组孕妇[(5.53±0.62)ng/ml],差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论不明原因流产孕妇血清Glycodelin-A水平较正常组水平低,Glycodelin-A分泌及表达不够可能是此类流产的原因之一.

Objective To study the relationship between Glycodelin-A with spontaneous miscarriage, and provide the clinical treatment on abortion with some guidelines. Methods Tested the serum Glycodelin-A levels of 25 pregnant women with spontaneous miscarriage and 24 normal pregnant women. And compared the results between the two groups. Results The serum Glycodelin-A level of the pregnant women in normal group whose level is ( 6.95 ± 0.64)ng/ml is higher than that of those pregnant women in spontaneous miscarriage whose level is ( 5.53 ± 0.62 ) ng/ml. There is significant difference between them. Conclusions The low serum Glycodelin-A level may be one of the reasons that causes spontaneous miscarriage.
