目的探讨赛肤润联合水胶体敷料对肝移植患者术中压疮防治的效果。方法选取2008年采用常规护理方法的肝移植患者192例为对照组，2009年11月至2010年10月肝移植患者168例为观察组，观察组在术中及术后骨隆突处使用赛肤润加水胶体敷料防治压疮，比较两组患者手术压疮的发生程度及愈合情况。结果观察组压疮发生的严重程度低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(x2= 13.882,P＜0.01),观察组患者压疮愈合时间（中位数8.5d）短于对照组(中位数21.0d)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(U=77.500，P＜0.01)。结论应用赛肤润联合水胶体敷料有助于预防和治疗肝移植患者术中压疮的发生。

Objective To study the effects of sanyrene hydrocolloid dressings applied to liver transplanting patients during the operations in order to prevent pressure ulcers. Methods a total of 168 cases of liver transplanting patients from Nov. 2009 to Oct. 2010 were chosen as observation group, and sanyrene hydrocolloid dressings were applied to those of observation group. A total of 192 cases of liver transplanting patients in 2008 were chosen as compare group who didn' t have sanyrene hydrocolloid dressings. The two groups were compared. Results The possibility and severity of pressure ulcer in observation group was lower than group B (X2 =13.882, P＜0. 01), Healing time of obervation group (median 8.5 d) was less than compare group (median21.0d). There are statistic differences in each group (U=77. 500, P ＜0.01). Condusions Taking Sanyrene hydrocolloid dreasings as a protection measure can reduce the possibility and severity of pressure ulcers and shorten the healing time.
